Do I need to download an app?
No! Slipp works directly in your phone's browser. Just scan a QR code or visit the festival page, and you're ready to order.

How do I know when my order is ready?
You'll get a notification in the app if you have it open, and you'll also receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

What if I can't find my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation is saved both in your browser and sent to your email. Go back to the Slipp page or check your inbox - either way, your order details are always accessible.

What if I don't pick up my order?
Orders have a pickup window. If you don't pick up within this time, it's up to the vendor's discretion what happens. We'll send you reminders, but it's best to pick up when notified!

Can I order for a group?
Yes! Add as many items as you want to your cart. You'll get one confirmation for the whole order.

Does Slipp cost me anything extra?
Slipp adds a service fee to your order. It's always shown as its own DKK line before you pay, so the total you approve is exactly what you're charged. The purchase itself is from the vendor: they're the seller, and Slipp provides the ordering platform.

For Vendors

How much does Slipp cost?
Nothing to you. The customer pays 12% + 1.80 DKK on top of your order total, and that covers the card cost as well, so you receive 100% of your price.* MobilePay is optional and off by default; switching it on costs you about 1 kr. more per MobilePay order than a card, plus a fixed 35 DKK from MobilePay in any month you take a MobilePay payment.

How long does setup take?
About 15 minutes. Paste your menu URL, our AI extracts items, you confirm and set your capacity. That's it.

Do I need special hardware?
No! Slipp works on any tablet, laptop, or even a smartphone. No scanners, no proprietary equipment.

Does it replace my POS system?
No - Slipp runs entirely in parallel with your current setup. There's no integration or connection between them. Think of it as an extra revenue channel.

How do I verify orders?
Customers show their verification screen with a unique visual and number. Just match what you see - no scanning required.

What if I run out of an item?
Toggle items to "sold out" instantly from your dashboard. Customers won't be able to order unavailable items.

* Applies to standard European consumer cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link, which is nearly every card used in Denmark. Company cards and cards issued outside Europe cost the card networks more, and that difference (about 1.3% for a company card, 1.6-3.7% for a non-European card, i.e. 1.48-4.21 kr. on a 100 kr. order) is deducted from your payout. We can't influence those rates. Even then you pay a fraction of what a terminal costs: a terminal charges its full card fee on every single order, here you only ever pay the difference on the rare card.

Payments & Security

Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. Slipp uses Stripe for payment processing - the same technology used by Amazon, Shopify, and millions of businesses. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

What payment methods are supported?
Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit/debit cards. We support the fastest, most secure payment methods available.

Can I get a refund?
Refund policies are set by each vendor. Contact the vendor directly at the booth for any refund requests.

When do vendors receive payment?
Once a vendor’s Stripe account is active, payouts can happen every day.

What is "Safe-Pay"?
Safe-Pay is our commitment to secure payments. Slipp never sees or stores your card information. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Stripe, which maintains the highest level of PCI-DSS compliance (SAQ-A).

What happens if there's a payment issue?
If a payment fails, you'll be notified immediately and can try again. No order is placed until payment is confirmed.
